Exscribe's multi-tiered Value Added Reseller (VAR) Program lets you choose the partnership level that fits your business needs. No matter which level you choose, you'll enjoy high-quality marketing, sales, and sales training tools, including pre-sales telephone support, on-site and web-based product demos and literature. We also provide free technical support by telephone, Internet, and e-mail and access to up-to-date product demos and upgrades.
Referral Program
Our Referral Program offers VARs a competitive margin on our software products and services in exchange for introduction to your clients and assistance with appointment setting.
Silver VAR
The Silver VAR program offers VARs an increased margin on our software products and services in exchange for your co-sales support, including account management and contract negotiation. Exscribe will provide assistance with product presentation.
Gold VAR
The Gold VAR program provides an increased margin on our software products and services in exchange for your increased responsibility in the sales process. Obligations of our Gold VARs include product presentation, account management and contract negotiation.
Platinum VAR
Our Platinum VARs enjoy our highest margin on our software products and services. In addition to the obligations of our Gold VARs, Platinum VARs are responsible for Level 1 and 2 product support. Customer training may be provided by Exscribe, or optionally, the Platinum VAR may provide training directly to its customers.
