Announcing Exscribe’s Partial Connection to AAOE Empower
Indianapolis, IN, August 13, 2019 – The American Association of Orthopaedic Executives announces Exscribe as the newest partial connector to AAOE Empower. Exscribe is an Electronic Health Records System with its focus solely on orthopedic practices.
AAOE Empower consists of Power Surveys, Power Insights, and the AAOE Registry – all of which allow orthopedic practices direct access to national benchmarking data. The newfound connection with Exscribe allows Exscribe customers to submit registry data through AAOE Empower.
“The AAOE has a long history of providing its community members with the most up-to-date knowledge and tools to enable them to succeed in the fast-paced, ever changing business of managing a private orthopedic practice,” said Richard McCormick, Chief Operating Officer at Exscribe. AAOE Empower is the latest example of Exscribe’s determination to help AAOE members. “Exscribe is happy to facilitate the broad adoption of this service by enabling seamless data flow from the Exscribe EHR system into the AAOE Empower platform.”
Exscribe’s products are designed only for orthopedics. They offer a single-specialty EHR, practice management tools (Exscribe PM), and computer-assisted surgical coding and revenue cycle management software. Physicians prefer one-click treatment plans in the EHR, while administrators enjoy access to a comprehensive claims management system in Exscribe PM. Exscribe’s comprehensive approach and singularly orthopedic focus make them an ideal partner for AAOE’s data-driven initiatives.
“We are very pleased to announce Exscribe’s partial connection to AAOE Empower,” says Kitchi Joyce, 2019-2020 AAOE President and Chief Administrative Officer of IntraHealth Group/OrthoAtlanta. “This new connection will make it easier than ever for Exscribe customers to submit registry data to Empower, creating an even better experience for AAOE members and Exscribe customers alike!”
