Exscribe Announces COVID-19 Protective Measures

Bethlehem, PA, March 20, 2020 – The safety of our clients and the patients they serve is a primary concern for Exscribe Inc. In light of the unprecedented consequences resulting from the COVID-19 crisis, Exscribe has released new health and safety guidelines to protect our clients and employees from potential infection. These new guidelines will ensure Exscribe can deliver uninterrupted, first-class service to support our clients on the front lines fighting coronavirus.

Exscribe has canceled all non-essential business travel as of March 12, 2020 onwards. Previously scheduled travel commitments will be honored. Exscribe has equipped all team members with complete remote work capabilities and actively encouraged employees to stay home if sick. Technical support will remain available on our regular schedule of 8 am to 8 pm EST, Monday through Friday. All services, including EHR, PM and billing, should remain of the highest quality with no anticipated interruptions.

Employees who must engage in essential business travel will be required to complete a mandatory COVID-19 questionnaire and take their temperature before arriving at any practice for onsite training. Sharing of keyboards for onsite training is prohibited. Furthermore, employees will be expected to wear face masks covering the nose and mouth, disinfect and wash hands frequently throughout the day, and maintain 6 feet of social distance at all times.

Exscribe has provided employees based at the corporate location with Pennsylvania Department of Health safety procedures to review while continuing remote work. All employees who return to the corporate location will be expected to follow these recommendations. As the pandemic situation evolves, Exscribe will adapt our health and safety guidelines as clinically appropriate to ensure continued protection while delivering the highest level of quality and service.
