Last year’s meeting was a huge success, with over 70 Orthopaedic Professionals in attendance. Attendees heard from industry leaders, consulted with Exscribe technical experts and provided their input on the road map for the future of Exscribe Orthopaedic Solutions. Outside of the classroom attendees were able to network, hear front-line stories & solve business problems during the various social events held throughout the meeting. In addition to our expert sessions, make sure to stay for what’s NEW in 2019 – breakout labs from 8 am to 5 pm on Saturday February 2, providing hands-on training with our EHR.

Registration Fees
Registration fee per attendee is $599.00. In addition to our educational sessions, the fee includes breakfast and lunch each day of the meeting, an evening social at the resort’s Delta Pavilion on Wednesday January 30, and dinner downtown at the Acme Feed & Seed restaurant on Thursday January 31.

Exhibitor Information
Sponsorship fees are $1000.00 for one representative, with an additional $500.00 for two representatives. Fees include: one 6-foot draped exhibit table with electrical outlet access, acknowledgement in materials and on the meeting webpage, and the opportunities to provide an item for welcome packets and address attendees. Finally, meet with attendees in a relaxed setting at our Wednesday evening social, and breakfast and lunch on both Thursday and Friday. The resort is located close to downtown, only a 20 minute drive from BNA International Airport. Transportation
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation. The resort offers an airport shuttle for a round trip fee of $35.00. Uber and Lyft are also available.
